Rebecca Jones, Broker and Owner of Rebecca Jones Realty, Inc., has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1999 and started her own company located in China Grove, NC in 2004.  She has a background in Real Estate sales, development and property management.  The company specializes in managing residential investment properties and real estate brokerage services.  She offers a full service company for property management, which includes acquiring tenants, managing improvements to the properties, preparing monthly statements for owners and the handling of legal issues including evictions and judgments.  Rebecca also works with customer/clients by providing a market analysis of their home and the listing of homes through the Multiple Listing Service.  With her knowledge of local lenders, she helps clients through the financing process.  She handles all aspects of the closing by working with surveyors, home inspectors and closing attorneys.

Along with her husband Bruce, she has developed residential lots, apartment units and commercial office space.  Rebecca graduated from Wingate College and has successfully completed the Commercial Certificate Program.

Rebecca currently serves as President of the Kannapolis Civitan Club, director for Rowan Partners in Education, a member of the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, Cabarrus County Chamber of Commerce, Rowan County Chamber Women Business Owners, Rowan/Salisbury Board of Realtors, Centralina Board of Realtors, and past director of Rowan/Salisbury Board of Realtors.
